EDGAR DAVIDS EN MALOU VAN DER TAS – 4 JAAR SAMEN
Het is ondertussen al meer dan acht jaar geleden dat Edgar Davids nog zijn flitsen op een voetbalveld mocht vertonen. De man, die wereldwijd bekend werd omwille van de sportbril die hij altijd op heeft, verliet in 2014 het profvoetbal als speler bij Barnet en het bleef enkele jaren stil rond zijn persoon. Het was pas in 2018 dat er weer nieuws te rapen viel, omdat hij enerzijds bij de jeugd van het nationale elftal terecht kon als trainer, maar ook omdat hij verkering kreeg met Malou van der Tas. De vrouw is een stuk jonger dan Davids en is aan de slag als fotomodel en heeft ondertussen samen met hem twee kinderen, een zoon en een dochter.
