MARCO VAN BASTEN EN LIESBETH VAN CAPELLEVEEN – 36 JAAR SAMEN
Al sinds zijn debuut in de jaren tachtig bij Ajax, bleek snel dat Marco van Basten een waar talent was op het voetbalveld. De man bleef er zes jaar lang het team naar grote winsten leiden en trok toen naar Italië om er nog wat jaren aan toe te voegen. Helaas kwam vroegtijdig een einde aan zijn loopbaan toen hij een zware blessure opliep en jarenlang niet meer aan spelen toe kwam. Gelukkig had hij thuis een sterke partner in Liesbeth van Capelleveen met wie hij in 1993 in het huwelijk stapte. Ze was er steeds voor hem om het geluk en de tegenslagen met hem te delen. Ondertussen is hij al een paar jaar uit dat wereldje gestapt.
