HENNY HUISMAN EN LIA HUISMAN – 47 JAAR GETROUWD
Nadat hij jaren plaatsjes had gedraaid van bekende artiesten, werd Henny Huisman uiteindelijk bekend met zijn eigen concept, waarbij hij fans hun favoriete liedje liet brengen op het podium onder de naam de Soundmixshow. Op slag was hij één van de bekendste Nederlanders en slaagde hij er zelf in om eind de jaren tachtig het telefoonnetwerk plat te leggen toen hij opriep om op hun favoriete deelnemer te stemmen. Huisman had echter zelf maar één favoriet in zijn leven, en dat was zijn echtgenote Lia, waarmee hij in 1975 al in het huwelijksbootje was gestapt. De man is ondertussen zelden nog op de buis te zien, maar genieten met volle teugen van de liefde en het leven.
