R&B artist August Alsina has experienced his fair share of highs and lows, including a major setback in 2019 when he was evicted from his luxurious mansion. The “No Love” singer was sued by his landlord, Robert Howard, for reportedly being $20K behind on rent for his six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home in Bell Canyon, California.
According to the lawsuit, Alsina signed a lease for the property in 2016 with a promise to pay $10K each month. However, he allegedly stopped making payments in February of that year, prompting Howard to serve him a three-day notice before taking legal action.
