Elle est aussi à la tête du magazine « Des racines et des ailes » depuis 2014. Elle a fait de la radio également, sur RTL principalement.
Comme son allure le suggère, Carole Gaessler mène une vie personnelle très classique. Elle est mariée depuis 1997 à l’homme d’affaires Franck Loubaresse, elle est mère aussi de deux enfants, une fille et un garçon nés respectivement en 1999 et 2001.
