When Jerry Seinfeld started writing and acting in his comedy show ‘Seinfeld’ in 1989, he had no idea the series would eventually turn him into a multi-millionaire. While the show may have ended years ago, its creator keeps cashing out big from syndicate deals and reruns of the series. Recently, ‘Netflix’ closed a $500 million deal to air the acclaimed show for five years, thanks to which Seinfeld is to get a hefty sum.
The famous comedian is reportedly estimated to be worth up to $950 million and even rakes in a sumptuous amount from his comedy tours. With $51 million in annual earnings, he took a spot in the ‘Forbes’ celebrity 100 list in 2020.
