Claudia Schiffer n’a d’yeux que pour un seul homme depuis toutes ces années, et l’heureux élu n’est autre que le réalisateur et scénariste britannique Matthew Vaughn. Claude et Matthew se sont rencontrés lors d’un dîner à Los Angeles en 2000. Matthew était très intéressé par Claudia, mais ne pensait pas avoir une chance, d’autant qu’elle était encore mariée à David Copperfield à l’époque.
Matthew a plaisanté à ce sujet en expliquant qu’il ne savait pas vraiment comment inviter un super-modèle comme Claudia Schiffer à dîner un soir. L’histoire a pourtant prouvé que ses chances étaient plus grandes qu’il pensait puisque Claudia a choisi d’être avec lui depuis toutes ces années.
