Die Veränderung in ihrem Leben hat für die Frankfurter Autorin bei Susanne Fröhlich das Fasten gebracht. Viele Frauen hat die Autorin mit ihren aktuellen Büchern “Fröhlich-Fasten” und “Moppel-Ich” angeregt.
Sie selbst befolgt ihre Ratschläge natürlich auch, und sagte bereits in mehreren Interviews, dass der wichtigste Faktor für Wohlbefinden und Gesundwerden das Selbstvertrauen ist. Die mittlerweile 56-Jährige ist nach eigenen Angaben seit dem Abnehmen häufiger gut gelaunt und das trage sichtlich dazu bei, auch in diesem Alter noch umwerfend auszusehen. Denn nach viele Jahren, zeigen die Falten im Gesicht, ob ein Mensch mehr geweint oder gelacht hat im Leben.
