Die hübsche chilenisch-amerikanische Schauspielerin und Sängerin wurde durch ihre Rolle als Ziva David in „Navy CIS“ bekannt, wofür sie mehrere Auszeichnungen erhielt. In Navy CIS wurde auch ihr Gesang eingespielt, und auch in einem anderen Film erschien ihre Musik als Soundtrack. Ihr letzter größerer Film war im Jahr 2016 „Prototype“, seitdem ist es schauspielerisch erstmal eher ruhig um die 41-Jährige geworden.
Auf den sozialen Medien ist sie selbst tatsächlich auch nicht vertreten. Letztes Jahr erhielt sie jedoch noch einmal eine Nominierung – und zwar den „Imagen Award“, wo sie als „Best Supporting Actress – Television“ für „Navy CIS“ nominiert wurde.
